Our Workforce

As of the end of 2025, REA’s workforce, including non-executive directors, totalled 7,928 employees, a decrease from 8,708 employees in 2024. The workforce reduction in 2025 reflected the drive to reduce headcount whilst improving efficiency and productivity.

As of 31 December 2025, the company employed 2,600 temporary workers.

Employee Turnover

REA continuously strives to retain talent by offering a positive work environment, competitive remuneration, and opportunities for career development. In 2024, the overall employee turnover rate was 17%, a decrease from 16% 2024.

Gender Diversity

REA values gender diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace. At the end of 2025, women made up 28% of the total workforce. Within the management team, female representation stood at 23%, with 21 senior female managers.
