REA appoints Herlina Permatasari as Human Resources Director

Jakarta, 6 April 2026 — Herlina Permatasari has been appointed Human Resources Director at PT REA KALTIM PLANTATIONS, based in Indonesia.

As she steps into the role, Herlina will support the company’s people strategy, strengthening organisational capability across estates, mills and supporting functions, while working closely with management. In this role, she will focus on improving talent development, leadership capability and performance management to better support day-to-day operations and long-term growth. 

Herlina brings over 25 years of experience in human resources. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at FKS Group, where she led group-wide HR strategy. Before joining FKS Group, she held several senior HR leadership roles at SOHO Global Health Group and Nutrifood Indonesia Group, leading human capital development and organisational transformation initiatives. A certified psychologist with a strong background in executive management, Herlina brings a practical approach to strengthening people, culture, and performance to support the company’s operational needs.
