At PT REA KALTIM PLANTATIONS (REA), sustainability has been central to our operations since our establishment in 1991. While our formal sustainability policies were introduced in 2015, good agricultural practices have long guided how we manage our estates, protect the environment, support smallholders, and engage with communities. Today, our approach is guided by four strategic pillars: Sustainable Development, Climate Action, Forest Conservation, and Empowering Livelihoods. These pillars embody our holistic approach to balancing innovation, compliance, environmental protection, and community well-being.
